The problems found in this study are the lack of coordination between employees, archive storage that is not well organized, and incomplete archives. This research was conducted aiming to find out how archive management is done. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using a purposive sampling technique. Then, in collecting research data, the authors used the methods of observation, participation, documentation and interviews. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that archive management in the Division of Public Relations and Community Development at PT Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU, with the initial stage of planning, determines the storage period for archives. The next stage is to mobilize by archiving in the form of softcopy and hardcopy. Then, there is an organizing stage which is carried out by giving authority to employees in charge of data and documents. Finally, for the supervision stage, monitoring is carried out for all employees.           <jats:p>Banyaknya wisata di Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk terus dikembangkan salah satunya Wisata Bukit Telaga dan Goa (BULAGA). Pengembangan wisata membutuhkan keterlibatan masyarakat secara aktif. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila masyarakat terlibat secara langsung dalam proses kegiatan. Namun dalam pengembangan Wisata Bulaga masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi seperti kurangnya promosi wisata dan keterbatasan biaya untuk melakukan pengembangan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Wisata Bukit, Telaga, dan Goa (BULAGA) Desa Pucakwangi Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Wisata Bulaga tergolong cukup baik. Partisipasi masyarakat terindikasi berada pada tingkat memberikan dukungan untuk mengembangkan Wisata Bulaga. Namun meskipun berada pada level tertinggi, dalam pengembangannya Wisata Bulaga juga masih memerlukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak dan promosi yang efektif guna menjadi wisata yang berkelanjutan.</jats:p>
